Terms of Service

1. The Service

a7.ee provides short links, QR codes and click analytics (the “Service”), operated by JOSKI OÜ (Astangu tn 21/3, 13519 Tallinn, Estonia). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher).
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred without our consent.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use — content of links

You may not create links or QR codes that point to, promote or facilitate:

• malware, ransomware, phishing or credential theft;
• child sexual abuse material;
• fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes (including impersonation);
• illegal content under Estonian or EU law;
• bulk spam, or links used to evade blocklists for abusive purposes.

We review reported links and may disable any link or account without notice if it violates these rules. Click statistics do not create an obligation to monitor content proactively.

4. Plans and payments

• The free plan includes a limited number of links and one custom domain.
• Paid plans (pro, agency) are billed monthly in EUR via our payment provider (Mollie).
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice; the price at the moment of purchase applies to that period.

5. Acceptable use of the platform

You may not attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the Service’s security, quotas or rate limits, or to access another user’s data. We use technical and organisational measures to protect the data described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damages arising from third-party content reachable through links you create. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@a7.ee. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

8. Reporting unlawful content (DSA)

Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) we provide a single point of contact for authorities and users: info@a7.ee. Anyone may notify us of links that appear to be unlawful or abusive; we respond within a reasonable time and, where justified, remove or disable the link.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to consumer protections of your country of residence.
